Part 43: I Sing The Body Electric

: I'm on my way to Mission Control!



Sam exits the lab and the others quickly follow. We all head across the land bridge to the launch site.



Uh oh.

: Here, you'll need this Scroll for an electrical generator. Come talk to me when you've finished that.



Electric eels. Of course. Fishing and mining occurs.

: Hey, Sam! Did you finish a Scroll?



: Awesome! Now we can hook up those computers!

Medieval fantasy, folks!



Sam gets an Electric Generator and rainbow-colored Wires in Short, Long, Elbow, and T flavors. These work exactly like pipes, but electricity flows through them instead of random fluids. Also, we don't get electricity-sprinkler heads, which is a damn shame. Anyway! Back we go!



He's right, you know.

: Wow, that was prompt! Good work! Now let's see... we need these computers to be working in order to complete our pre-flight test. Can you hook up some electrical power here?

Alexa has the most frustrating job.











Dr. F zips off again. Alexa sighs.

: I think what he meants to say is just hook a Power Generator up to anything that is spinning, just like you would with a Water Pump... then simply connect wires from the plugs on the generator to the plugs on the back of the computers.

Alexa beams.

: It's pretty simple, Sam. I'm sure you'll do fine.



Right! Let's run power to those computers. They're up on that little platform overlooking the launch site. Fortunately, Wandolier creations are completely immune to gravity.



The generator has one side that attaches to anything that spins and three sides that then provide electrical power. Very, very sparky electric power. No problem! Also, Sam can run wires through walls. No big.



Technically we only have to supply electricity to one of the two plugs on the back of the computers, but Sam is nothing if not thorough.



The scientists are already hard at work by the time Sam gets up on the platform. Well, Alexa is. Dr. F is playing a rocketship side-scroller--okay, he's also hard at work.

: Why don't you go see what the others are up to?



Woo! So what is everybody up to?



Oh, wait, Vic needs us to hook up the arcade game.







There! Buddy and Vic can now play Plane Vs. Eye to their hearts' content. That means that Sam has helped everybody! Therefore:
